Strawberry & Pink Peppercon Gin – 50cl

The team in the kitchen had their hearts set on Strawberry and Black Pepper Gin, based on a combination we’ve been using in our desserts for years. But, when we combined them in a gin, we found the black pepper was too overpowering, and masked the flavour of those amazing strawberries. Instead, we use a combination of English pink peppercorns and Indonesian cubeb pepper, which creates a warm punch without being too dominant.
